Shed Dela Pena ,a 16 student lives in tubod iligan city a graduate of iligan city national high school(special program for sports)her field in sports in sports is volleyball.since elementary,shed always play volleyball when the palakasan comes she join the palakasan and play volleyball.
there was a teacher/coach always staring/looking at her idolizing her
and cheering at her.so shed was very proud that that teacher is appreciating her game.
during the awarding shed was very surprise cause she didn't know that she was the most valuable player(MVP)of the said game.she was very humble with it. after that, that teacher staring at her seek for advice that if she wanted to join the regional meet..at tubod baroy lanao del norte.
"everything is free shoes,shirts,pants,caps and foods!"
the teacher said.
and finaly shed decided to join the said game and so on and so forth .again many people idolized her observing at her.again she was the MVP of the regional meet.she recieved the gold award and received a cash of 5,000 php.
and luckily she proceeded to Palarong Pambansa 2004 and again she is the MVP. so the national coaches of the Philippine's that shed will gonaa join the iligan city athletes association (ICAA)
and iligan team.


shed cannot be a national champion with out his efforts concentration
on her studies .and proper diets and discipline.
cause discipline is one of the greatest ethics on sports .
